What we collect

• Brief form: the services you are interested in, your company, website, timeline and project description, your full name and your work email.
• Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.
• Audience measurement, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected with Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To manage our relationship if you become a client (performance of a contract).
• To measure and improve the audience of this website (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who receives it

Your data is only accessible to IS REAL and to the providers we use to run this website: Webflow, Inc. (hosting and form submissions), Google LLC (email inbox and, with your consent, Google Analytics) and ImprovMX (email forwarding). These providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Briefs and emails: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
• Client data: for the duration of our relationship, then as long as the law requires.
• Analytics cookies: up to 13 months. Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.

Cookies

This website only sets audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics, such as _ga) if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@is-real.xyz: we answer within one month.

If you are in the European Union and believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr).
